Vigin TV Go

Virgin TV Go app is available to every Virgin Media customer with a TV package at no extra cost. It can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Up to five devices can be registered on the app and be used on two at a time.

On the Virgin TV Go app, you can set up a parental controls PIN. These may differ depending on whether the device is Android or iOS. For guidelines on how to set up PINS for both Android and iOS users, you can visit here.

  • Virgin TV Go can be used in various ways, including:

    1. as a remote control,
    2. to download shows to watch on the go,
    3. to create a tailored TV guide,
    4. to save shows for later,
    5. to watch shows On Demand,
    6. to set up parental controls,
    7. and to watch movies from Sky Cinema.

  • The Virgin TV Go app can also be voice controlled making it easier to find a show or film you want to watch.
